Responsibilities:
- Translate complex institutional planning objectives and user feedback into highly robust technical specifications and software architectures.
- Integrate advanced mapping capabilities and intelligent location insights into core enterprise workflow tools to elevate decision-making capabilities.
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable internal APIs and data standards ensuring uniform, accessible geographic data layers (such as distance, connectivity, and travel-time metrics).
- Develop and optimize complex spatial modeling and predictive forecasting engines driven by diverse datasets, including urban growth, citizen demographics, and transit networks.
