We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Hans Rasmussen, Head of Customer Interaction in Norway IT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on modernising Telia’s Enterprise self-service portal, delivering fast, reliable digital experiences for business customers.

What you’ll do:

You’ll take technical ownership of our Enterprise self-service portals, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and the team’s transition toward modern, AI-assisted development practices.

  • Lead technical direction and architecture for our Enterprise Portals, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and BFF layers
