Role Overview
In this role, you will help retail and CPG customers optimize pricing, promotion, and forecasting processes through scalable SaaS solutions that drive measurable business impact. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable solution designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Mastery: Develop strong breadth and depth across the core pricing solutions (including Promotion Management, Markdown Optimization, and Base Pricing modules) and articulate how each solution supports customer business objectives.
- Workshop Leadership: Independently lead discovery and design workshops with customer business and functional stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, decision flows, and operational constraints.
