About the Role
As a Solution Sales Specialist for SAP Customer Experience (CX) in Malaysia, you will drive revenue growth by providing strategic SAP CX solutions (Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Customer Data, and Service) that support clients' digital transformation goals. You will focus on business development across Malaysia, working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for SAP CX in Malaysia. Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
- Solution Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of SAP CX solutions aligned to clients' needs.
