What You Can Expect
Zoom is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to design, build, and demonstrate optimal solutions aligned with business challenges. You will serve as a trusted advocate for customers and channel partners, working with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless solutions and concrete business outcomes.
You will support Account Executives and Channel Account Managers, communicating Zoom's solution advantages and guiding customers through complex collaboration challenges.
This role requires deep understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industry and a strong understanding of Agentic AI and Conversational AI integration into business workflows
Based in Tokyo, reporting to the Field and Partner Solutions Engineering Manager for Japan.
