Lead the beverage program at Queen City Distillers as our Senior Beverage & Wine Manager (Sommelier) in Regina, Saskatchewan. Drive purchasing, training, and strategic beverage menu development.
The Senior Beverage & Wine Manager oversees beverage procurement and the management of our wine cellar program, ensuring we meet high standards of quality and profitability. You will also be responsible for menu development across our various venues, including a restaurant and a live music venue, while serving as a key educator for the team.
