- The Senior Specialist, Hotel is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and support hotel applications, ensuring that all software systems are running efficiently and effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of hotel management software, a strong technical skillset, and the ability to provide leadership and direction to the IT application support team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and guide Support Engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues, providing training, mentoring, and support for team members.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the core hotel applications used by the organization, including PMS, POS, reservations, and housekeeping systems.
