- Regularly work with sales teams, product managers, and event owners to review plan and execute events ensuring alignment with Franchise and Compliance strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end event coordination including contract management HCP compliance processes and adherence to GDPR MedTech Code and other legal frameworks.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes and tools to ensure compliance with updated regulations and policies while maintaining alignment with divisional and country requirements.
- Effectively manage supplier HCP contracts and event payments ensuring timely booking of flights, hotels and other logistics.
- Lead divisional needs assessments monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency.
