Job Description
The Global Platform Management & Governance Team is responsible for designing and developing a streamlined Governance framework, the approach and operating model to support the needs of the GWAM business and partnering closely with all critical functions to achieve success.
**Position Responsibilities:**
**Board Management (60%)**
+ Support the development and implementation of a Global Fund Board Framework from securing approval to each aspect of the implementation, which includes:
+ Support the drafting and organize review and approval process for a Global Fund Board Policy, Standard and Board Mandates, working closely with Legal, Compliance and other functions
+ Maintain and update the Global Fund Board Calendar, coordinating dates with CoSec Globally
+ Support the implementation of a policies repository, with the view to harmonize the Fund policies globally
