Job Description
Position Purpose: The Senior Specialist: HTA leads and conducts comprehensive assessments of new and existing health technologies to inform evidence‑based benefit and policy decisions. The role evaluates clinical effectiveness, cost‑effectiveness, safety, and budget impact, while supporting HTA Specialists and contributing to benefit design and policy development. 3–8+ years’ experience in HTA, evidence synthesis, health economics, or managed care. Experience evaluating medicines, devices, or clinical interventions; familiarity with HTA frameworks. Experience with regulatory submissions, reimbursement models, or formularies. (Advantageous) Key Responsibilities Conduct full and rapid HTAs using systematic, evidence‑based methods.
