Senior Identity Security Specialist
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and solution architect for identity and access management systems across mission‑critical networks. This role provides end‑to‑end technical leadership for IAM, directory services, and SSO architecture under the Digital Identity Tower, ensuring interoperability with other MSS towers and compliance with NCA CST frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the IAM strategy, architecture, and governance model for enterprise and telecom environments.
- Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and federation frameworks using RedHat SSO, Microsoft AD, and Nokia NIAM.
- Establish identity lifecycle management processes and automate user provisioning/de‑provisioning workflows.
