Senior Specialist, Investment

To provide technical expertise and support to the Manager, Technology Portfolio Management & Strategy. Provide expertise and ensure strong and well‑executed financial and business analysis reports for the Upstream Technology & Innovation center. Lead the Team’s work in assessing all investable opportunities, whether internally generated or external approaches. Build a standardised methodology and workflow using best practice and internationally recognised approaches to evaluate, risk‑assess and quantify the probabilistic costs and returns from all Upstream investment opportunities. Support the Portfolio Management & Strategy team, as well as the leadership in UTIC to develop and quantify the pipeline of investable opportunities; and actively engage with the UAE National business community to seek relevant technology or AI‑based leads. Support leadership presentations and reviews in bringing forward compelling business cases to the Upstream leadership.
