Procurement
- Collaborate with relevant departments on procurement requirements and provide support in the procure-to-pay process including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiations, internal approvals), purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Manage the procurement system, continuously explore opportunities to streamline the process in accordance with overall directives, procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards, and prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and performance.
- Utilise spend analytics to identify spend data to streamline operations, optimise costs and provide insights to enhance decision making
