As Technical Senior Specialist, you are responsible for managing the technical and quality at On T1 suppliers in the EMEA and Turkey operation. You will be a key member of the globally integrated sourcing team and cross‑functional Apparel & Accessories operation, based in Zurich with frequent travel within the EMEA region upon request.
Your mission
- Standardizing the construction and production technology for premium apparel and accessories, including developing and documenting comprehensive technical specifications and best practices for product assembly and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality, durability, and a premium aesthetic finish, enabling efficient, scalable production while maintaining high craftsmanship.
