About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and delivering customized Cash Management solutions to meet clients’ business and working capital needs. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product Squads, and internal stakeholders to support portfolio growth, strengthen client relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing

- Build deep understanding of customers’ business needs, operational footprint, and decision‑making processes
- Take the lead in identifying clients’ working capital needs, engaging key decision makers, developing solutions, and leading pitches with target customers
