Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Specialist of Workplace Experience to manage our offices across MENA. You will be joining us on a 9 month fixed term contract as maternity cover starting immediately.
You will take care of the smooth running and general happiness of our offices and colleagues with a cando attitude always thinking two steps ahead. Passion and enthusiasm will be key driving forward new processes and procedures as we continue to scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the office ambassador ensuring a welcoming and well-functioning workplace for employees and visitors
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace Experience matters across MENA
- Manage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management inoffice experience health and safety visitors security maintenance vendor management and local and global events.
