HDR is seeking a Senior Specification Specialist for Canada to lead and support the development of technical specifications for architectural projects across the country. The role focuses on ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in specification documentation, while mentoring colleagues and fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead specification efforts: establish specification goals, provide consistency, communicate updates, and elevate relevant information firm‑wide and to the Architectural Business Group.
- Support project teams: deliver technical support, recommend materials, practices, and content, prepare specifications throughout all project phases, and align user skillsets with project requirements.
