Job Description

Overview

Support DEV Process Metrology Handles AOI -FAV/EAV, XRay, Metrology equipment and tools, Metrology concept definition.

Responsibilities

  • Support prototype and development samples build.
  • Responsible or support for technical handshake and knowledge transfer to Operation.
  • Generate and update relevant documents, eg Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, Master FMEA, OJTI, T32, PDR.
  • Liaise with suppliers for continuous improvement and perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines and materials in Development projects.
  • Lead technical critical topic for the DEV related projects and FOK attention within sites.

Qualifications

  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant course.
  • Have understanding and experience in Process Metrology, this includes but not limited to Assembly Autovison for both Front-of-Line and End-ofLine, X-Ray.
