Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse – Kestrel Ward, North Wales Adolescent Service
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) who is passionate about supporting young people aged 12–17. Whether you have experience from CAMHS or another setting working with young people, we welcome transferable skills and will support your development into specialist adolescent care.
Responsibilities
- Act as Case Manager for a small group of young people, coordinating high‑quality, individualized care.
- Work closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT).
- Contribute to a safe, therapeutic, and developmentally supportive ward environment.
- Support effective transition and discharge planning.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior colleagues and students.
