A leading provider of palliative care is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join their team as a Senior/ Staff Nurse (Inpatient). You are tasked to render safe, competent and individualized nursing care services according to the needs and conditions of patients in an inpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services which include the provision of direct care, patient monitoring, evaluation of patient’s conditions, administer medication, wound dressing, ensure treatment plans are followed, infection monitoring etc
- Ensure the safety of all patients and report all incidents to the Nurse Clinician/ Manager
