Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to employees (patients) of the company.
- Assess patients by collecting and contributing to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological).
- Establish nursing goals and patient expected outcomes.
- Assist doctors in giving injection/vaccination, pap smear, help explain results, chaperone, etc. when required.
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients.
- Assist in promotion and answering queries of staff health & health screening services, etc. to patients.
- Assist the Head of Department in planning, monitoring and managing safety and performance improvement activities when needed.
