Senior Statistician
Position Purpose
A Senior Statistician provides independent statistical expertise to cross-functional teams, leads statisticians and programmers, and ensures the application of appropriate and efficient statistical methods throughout development, submission, and life-cycle management of Bayer products, in line with global and regional standards, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to plan studies, perform analyses, and report results (e.g., as Study or Project Statistician).
Leads virtual cross-functional sub-teams within CS&A.
Implements standardized processes for routine analyses.
Develops statistical analysis plans for individual studies or integrated analyses.
