Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Steel Detailers with 10+ years of expertise in structural and miscellaneous steel detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate fabrication and erection drawings, coordinating with engineers, architects, fabricators, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural and miscellaneous steel shop drawings, erection drawings, and fabrication packages.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D steel models using detailing software such as Tekla Structures, SDS2, or AutoCAD.
- Generate material take-offs, bills of materials (BOMs), and CNC files for fabrication.
- Review structural and architectural contract documents, specifications, and engineering drawings.
