Own and maintain the McDonald's 1–3 year global account growth plan, ensuring alignment with Coates' broader three-year vision and measurable targets across markets and solutions.Report on progress against the growth plan, escalating required changes and ensuring leadership and BD governance have accurate, timely visibility of strategic performance.Represent the McDonald's global account at BD governance forums, ensuring strategic priorities are visible and pipeline opportunities are actively progress.
