Senior Structurer: Quantitative Derivatives in Reinsurance

Swiss Re is looking for a Senior Structurer in Zürich who will be pivotal in designing and pricing innovative reinsurance solutions across various asset classes. With a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and more than 3 years of relevant industry experience, the successful candidate will collaborate with clients to develop hedging strategies and conduct rigorous risk analysis. The base salary for this full-time position ranges from 134,000 CHF to 202,000 CHF, supplemented with potential bonuses. A hybrid work model is also offered, with in-office presence at least three days per week.
