Description ENTRUST Canada is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Calgary to support the substation protection & control design group. We offer a dynamic work environment with a highly experienced technical team, where you will be offered guidance and hands on training and continuously challenged in all aspects of the engineering and design process.
Responsibilities
Protection and control design including logic, schematic, wiring diagrams for utility and renewable substations.
Develop control building layout, P&C one line diagram, AC/DC schematics, control panel layout and wiring diagram, station service AC/DC distribution diagram.
Review designs against applicable industry codes and standards as well as internal MHV standards.
Create bill of materials, cable schedules, point assignments.
Work closely with other disciplines and coordinate design between disciplines (SCADA, Telecom). Ensure communicatio...
