As a Senior Superintendent, you are the nucleus of project success—responsible for orchestrating all field and site‑specific construction activities with precision, accountability, and leadership. You ensure projects are safe, clean, organized, and delivered with high morale and strong engagement in safety management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site activities, including the Chandos' Production System, project design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability.
- Provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to other Superintendents and field staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Champion safety: steward the well‑being of all personnel, conduct inspections, and immediately address risks.
