Task
Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Support
Engineer to join our application support team for icap AI application. The
ideal candidate need to have strong hands-on expertise in Python Django,
Vue.js, PostgreSQL, along with exposure to container-based deployments on
OpenShift.

This role involves supporting mission-critical applications, troubleshooting
production issues, providing L2/L3 support, and collaborating with
cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 production support for applications built on Python Django,
Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in a
24/7 production environment (if applicable).
