Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
8+ years experience in technical/application support or software engineering
Strong troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot
Familiar with REST APIs, microservices, and AWS
Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Odoo)
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors, automation or AI tools, React/SAP UI5 exposure
