Senior Surveyor - Plant & Equipment Valuation
Role overview: Role based in the London office within the Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) team, part of the Building Consultancy department. The Senior Surveyor will work on RICS-compliant financial valuation assignments, interact with RCA colleagues on insurance-related casework, and travel across the UK and internationally as required. The role includes business development responsibilities with a focus on generating revenue and promoting growth for the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analyst experience of plant and equipment valuations for financial purposes, adopting asset modelling methodologies.
- Collaborate with CBRE valuation teams across the UK, EMEA and globally on financial valuation assignments.
