Hire Resolve’s client in the Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Surveyor in Wellington, WC.
Responsibilities
Planning
- Plan and submit weekly planning (site visits) according to priority and requirements to Contracts Manager.
- Plan annual in-house training days with survey students and others as required.
- Plan and manage (Issue, Inspections, Services, Record keeping and Repairs) all survey equipment (Cable detectors, Troxlers and Lasers)
Man-Management
- Ensure that team leaders and operators have all the information prior to starting the work process.
- Train students and tachi-sighters to company standards.
- Evaluate student surveyors and correct shortcomings.
