Job Description
In this position, you will:
Coordinate the strategic planning and deployment of IT PaaS resource pools and manage SaaS-layer application operations, develop and continuously optimize operational standards, and enhance service delivery processes.Oversee the operations and maintenance of SaaS-layer public applications while driving continuous improvements in infrastructure service capabilities and operational process optimization.Coordinate office system planning and implementation, establish daily operational standards, and develop employee account access management and VPN security policy frameworks.Manage office Active Directory domain operations and enterprise endpoint devices, execute system patch management and vulnerability remediation, and establish rapid incident response protocols for security events.Manage NGCS and ITSR work order approvals and process optimization while establishing comprehensive ticketing system standards.<...
