This role requires involvement in projects and support for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Time Attendance System (T&A) under the Corporate Solutions section of the Digital Enterprise Solutions department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in projects and provide support for the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Time Attendance System (T&A) within the Corporate Solutions section of the Digital Enterprise Solutions department.
- Determine HRMS and T&A application requirements with the following activities:
i. Analyze current and future needs, and current practices of business users and stakeholders to identify solutions.
ii. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
iii. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
