Job Description
I am currently working with an MNC Insurance client for a 12-months initial contract role.
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to sit with the Digital team and work on Mobile Application and Website related project.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Design new IT solutions and modify/enhance existing systems to meet business objectives.
Perform system testing and validation procedures.
Create technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
Support project management teams during the development lifecycle.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems.
