. Engage users to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps and translate these into solutions. . Provide daily applications support and perform administrator functions such as user management, security management, etc. . Conduct regular user trainings as well as reviews and revise training materials. . Manage business applications related projects, including user acceptance tests and data migration, and ad-hoc assignments. . Provide ad-hoc support to other application systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, HRMS, etc, when needed. . Ensure data handling and system configurations comply with organisational policies and applicable regulations (e.g. PDPA). . Manage 3rd party vendors and consultants to achieve holistic outcome/ goal. . Develop SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations and ensure these are up-to date. .
