About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Unit Systems Analyst to join our Operations Process Management (OPM) team, supporting our Connected Living – Mobile Solutions business. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring that complex systems supporting policy and claims operations function seamlessly across multiple customer touchpoints (call centers, IVR, web, and mobile applications). You will play a critical role in production support, system analysis, and testing, helping ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience across our platforms. This position requires strong analytical thinking, a data‑driven mindset, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced, evolving environments.
