What You'll Do
Demonstrable experience with production operations issue management and response Collaborate with internal support and engineering teams and 3rd party vendors on problems and solutions Strong organizational skillset and ability to track multiple issues to resolution Ability to lead a technical team of peers toward issue resolution Experience utilizing issue/workflow ticket tracking systems History of acting as a subject matter expert and training peers and stakeholders Deployment and release management experience Self-motivated and collaborative Good communication skills
