An employer is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to work onsite at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA for a direct hire opportunity. This resource will be performing systems engineering to include expertise in systems design and integration, manufacturing, quality and industrial engineering, airworthiness, and configuration and data management. They will assist in developing, deploying, and maintaining processes to assure weapon systems are fully integrated, manufactured, sustained, configuration managed, and operationally safe, suitable, and effective throughout their life cycle. More job functions below:
• Understand and execute AFPD 62-6, USAF Airworthiness, through standardized processes and issuance of flight authorizations.
• Understand and apply MIL-HDBK-516C Airworthiness Certification Criteria, to aircraft systems and subsystems.
