Guardrisk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Sandton, Gauteng to manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources and at least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, focusing on sourcing and managing candidates.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Human Capital team to develop talent sourcing strategies, maintain strong candidate relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
