Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Healthcare recruitment to join our team in Abu Dhabi.Core Responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles including sourcing screening interviewing and final selection support.
- Ensure all healthcare hires meet Abu Dhabi Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for licensed roles in Abu Dhabi and other regulatory standards.
- Manage international recruitment efforts including sourcing from global markets and coordinating overseas hiring workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
