Duties & Responsabilities :
Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions in Canada and the US.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.Prepare and post job descriptions in both French and English on various recruitment platforms.Implement attraction strategies to identify top talent for each role.Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Provide an excellent candidate experience by answering questions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
