Deliver fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to HR communities, managers and candidates (internal and external), oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries, accurate and on time.
Support Hiring Managers with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need and provide guidance.
Prepare and publish job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the first briefing conversation with the HM.
Screen and create longlists/shortlist of candidates, proactively monitors pipeline of candidates and propose measures to increase quantity, improve quality and apply sourcing strategy where required as per recruitment strategy aligned during the recruitment briefing with HM.
