You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing deep market expertise, strong commercial awareness, and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming talent and hiring. Your ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders will be key to driving successful outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, with full ownership of delivery and outcomes
• Partner closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, providing strategic guidance and market intelligence , particularly within AI and technology talent markets
