Job Description
As a key member of the People & Performance team, you will be the go‑to recruiter for our hardware engineering organization, sourcing and hiring specialists who design, build, and ship Halter’s physical products. You’ll own end‑to‑end recruitment for hardware roles, build talent pipelines, partner with engineering leaders, and contribute to our talent strategy as the business scales.
Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for hardware engineering roles across regions—including sourcing, screening, coordinating technical assessments, and supporting offer processes.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of hardware talent across disciplines such as embedded systems, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, RF/antenna, firmware, and manufacturing.
