Job Description
**Meaningful Work From Day One**
Support the accurate and timely compliance with Indian tax laws, including both direct (Income Tax, TDS) and indirect taxes (GST etc), while optimizing tax planning strategies and supporting internal and external audits.
**What You Can Expect**
+ Responsible for the overall taxation compliances of our IMEA Area territories making sure our books comply with local statutory requirements.
+ Improve accounting process efficiency and effectiveness where there are opportunities.
+ **Direct Taxation:**
+ Manage computation, payment, and filing of corporate income tax and advance tax including validation of our tax consultant.
+ Handle TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, and filing of returns.
+ Manage tax assessments, appeals, and liaise with tax authorities.
+ Conduct deferred tax calculations and effective tax rate analysis.
+ Coordinate Transfer Price statements and related reports.
