- Philippine Bar Examination Passer is a plus
- With at least 3 years experience in rendering tax consultancy
- Supervisory experience in tax services is a plus

Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare detailed technical tax memoranda/advice across a range of tax matters including international transactions, tax treaties, tax reform issues, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, and broad tax planning and compliance.
