About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Team Coordinator to support their Cambridge studio. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the leadership, architectural and heritage consultancy teams, ensuring the smooth running of projects and day-to-day studio operations.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project administration including reports, presentations, fee proposals and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project records, document control and compliance within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
