- To lead and manage a team of warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- To ensure daily targets are met according to agreed lead time.
- To ensure customers weekly/monthly KPI target are met.
- Carry out bonded & licensed goods activities according to Customs rules and regulations.
- Good control of stock inventory and accountability.
- Proper manpower deployment.
- Conduct weekly and monthly customer cycle count plus annual stock count if required.
- Keep record of frequent late comers and medical leave.
- Prepare & control purchase requisition and documentation.
- Work/resolve issues of QEHS.
- Coordinate with P&O on any HR related matters.
- To improve processes and productivity.
- Responsible & close for all non-compliance issues.
