RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to and coordinate with Assistant Manager Operations and collaborate closely with portfolio services stakeholders to manage all analytics work of direct reportsProvide direction and perspective to direct reports to attain team goals and deliverablesDemonstrate granular knowledge of the different tools, utilities and processes used by the team to execute and manage process improvement and quality assurance processesDemonstrate knowledge of equity and fixed income terms and analytics at a conceptual and application levelManage the business queue and perform queue managementRun effective operations under normal circumstances and within the confines of a BCPSet and manage team workload and accountabilities to maximize team productivity and outputImplement performance metrics to capture specialist’s performance and contributions to overall team successMentor and recognize top performers...
