- Strategic Customer Partnership & Influence: build deep, long-lasting relationships with customers as their go-to technical advisor; earn Okta trusted advisor status with identity owners and technical leadership; design identity strategies aligned with business objectives; leverage tailored technical plans for a portfolio of customers of increasing size and complexity; identify opportunities to expand adoption of Okta and enhance security posture.
